Then its time for a picnic... until next time - keep dancing, get fit and get ready for the next move... or should that be 'groove'?
A quick pose at the end of the session.

Sharon had a few words of advice for Martins technique before we start.

Aamir leading the moves

Friday night was a chance for Aamir to show Martin the 4 step sequence that we had learned last week from Sharon at Danceology in Huddersfield.
After just three songs he had it almost perfect... well he is a fast learner.

Some Yorkshire Soul

The word on the street is that Aamir is in town...
and he likes having his picture taken with his fans...
 all of them!
Here we are showing off some nifty moves.
Not bad for a first go.

In-Conversation 004

We had the pleasure if Chris Davis joining us from alison, a community initiative based on an estate called Brookfield in Preston. Chris has lived and worked on the estate for nearly 20 years and shared his journey with us. This was only a hand full of talks Chris has done on his work and therefore it was a special moment to listen to him speak.

Lots to think about not least the fact he doesn't call himself an artist, has a manifesto written by the community he works with and managed to stay completely independent and true to their values and integrity of the 'true' needs of the community. Here is a snap shot of the in-conversation held at Marsden Heights Community College.
