in-conversation 010

This month’s in-conversation will take, as it’s starting point, a recent article in the Observer by Rowan Moore; Sunday 23rd September
The article concludes with:

the hope is that these small, community based projects will be the model for many more, which will collectively counter the effects of HMR

this raises serious Art Expectations whilst presupposing that weighty art-events, international artists, and major cities are the sole catalyst for artists working in a post HMR landscape.

Join In-conversation 010; a round table talk with people who have been working for years on the outskirts in the midst of other neighbourhoods blighted by the promise of regeneration.
